Can I bring my own food and drink?
No food and drink (other than water) can be brought into our events due to food allergies and health and safety reasons.
Event Parties and Personal Parties
Food and drink is provided by the Customer – the Customer accepts all liability regarding allergies. “Event/Personal Party food disclaimer” to be completed.
Little-Masters Kids Event Company can assist in arranging catering provisions
Do we look after your children?
No. We operate a ‘parents’ supervision’ policy and therefore we cannot offer a supervision service.
I’ve paid in advance, do I get a refund if I miss an event?
Due to hire charges and availability of spaces, I’m afraid we can’t offer a refund.
Refunds will be given if sessions are cancelled by Little-Masters due to unforeseen circumstances (unfortunately this does not include adverse weather conditions that prevents you from attending an event)
Make up sessions are not permitted.
All staff are DBS checked and have been first aid trained
Toys are a fun and important part of every child's development.
Choking is a particular risk for children aged 3 or younger, because they tend to put objects in their mouths.
Some of the equipment present at the events do contain an EU Warning:
Not suitable for children under the age of 3 years due to small parts which could cause a choking hazard.
We acknowledge toys such as trains, dolls and other role play equipment are enjoyed by younger age groups in a supervised manner, and therefore we ask that if your child/children are below the age of 5 at any of our events, that the “under 5s disclaimer waiver” is signed before attendance.
Age restrictions of events and parties?
Events suitable for 20 months plus. Children must be confident walkers.
No under 20 month old's are permitted to use the play equipment on site.
All children under 5 years of age must complete an “under 5's disclaimer waiver” - Download Form Below
We regularly do "golden tickets" when we reach milestone sales. The milestone is based on paid ticket sales and does not incorporate complimentary or free tickets. The prize awarded is chosen at the discretion of Little-Masters Kids Event Company and is not exchangeable or replaced for a cash value.
COVID-19 UPDATE 4/10/2020
We are so happy to announce we are back. It has been a long journey to get everything ready and in place, and with evolving changes from government our procedures are having to be more fluid.
We’re able to return with enhanced Risk Assessments, and are currently exempt from the 6 people rule due to; being a children’s play service and now providing a learning outcome from the activity.
Following COVID secure workplace guidelines we can bring you our classes by also doing the following;
>Wiping down common touchpoints before you arrive (door handles / taps / light switches etc).
>Operating a mask policy for all adults unless your exempt
> Keeping everyone at least 2m apart and encouraging parents/caters to play in a way that will promote this
>Hand sanitising you during class if you touch any props. To reduce contact points of all users, our staff with spray the sanitiser. It is child friendly and alcohol free (only the best for our staff and users)
>Keeping rooms as airy and ventilated as possible. So bring a jumper!
>Using a child friendly product on our props and equipment that gives 30 day residual protection. (Were going above and beyond and using it after each class)
COVID-19: REFUNDS 4/10/2020
Should you need to cancel your ticket due to COVID-19 symptoms, we will provide you with a voucher to use at a later date.
Should we need to cancel our event due to Covid-19 we will refund your ticket price minus 75p handling/admin fee or you have the option to pick a voucher
